• Minimum of 3 years on the job AC & REF experience
• Troubleshooting experience
• Possess personal tools necessary for the trade including gauges and meters
• Clean driving record
• Dependable and able to work overtime if required
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Strong communication and documentation skills with an ability to interact with customers
• Drug Free
• Desire for further education
